Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Experience with document review, legal research, discovery, e-filing, and case management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field; ABA paralegal certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct document review and analysis for trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Perform legal research to support case development and strategy.
• Manage all aspects of discovery, including requests, organization, and coordination with parties.
• Oversee electronic filing of pleadings and court documents in federal and state courts.
• Coordinate case management tasks: deadlines, files, and internal/external communications.
• Assist with trial prep: exhibits, witness binders, and logistical coordination.
