Job summary

Williams Kastner seeks a Litigation Paralegal with trial experience to support attorneys in general liability and personal injury defense. The role entails organizing case materials, drafting documents, managing eDiscovery, and coordinating exhibits for trials.

A strong MS Office/EDiscovery background and 8+ years of paralegal experience are required. Partial remote work is allowed up to two days weekly, with a Seattle-based team and a workload centered on complex litigation matters.

Qualifications

Proficiency with MS Office and databases.
Advanced knowledge and experience with eDiscovery.
Knowledge of court procedures and legal terminology.
Experience preparing for trial, hearings and arbitration.
Strong oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

Select, implement and maintain systems for collecting and organizing case materials.
Review and analyze case materials and pleadings; manage evidence.
Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, timelines and indices.
Prepare exhibits and witness files for depositions, mediation and trial.
Manage eDiscovery, discovery and document production for cases.
Interact with clients and experts; maintain databases and billing structures.
Ensure end-to-end case management and trial support with minimal supervision.
