Job summary

Holland & Hart seeks a Litigation Docketing Paralegal to manage deadlines across federal, state, and local rules for multiple jurisdictions. The role supports case teams with timely docketing and ensures accuracy in docketing requests according to firm procedures.

The position is primarily remote, with on‑site days as needed, and offers a comprehensive benefits package. Strong docketing experience and knowledge of PACER are essential.

Qualifications

• Five (5) + years of litigation‑specific docketing experience and litigation paralegal experience required.
• Expert knowledge of litigation process, court rules, and procedures across federal and state systems.
• Proven ability to learn new software applications and retain information quickly.
• Familiarity with PACER and electronic filing systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Independently docket for designated groups including offices, practice groups, and jurisdictions.
• Review filed documents and docketing requests to ensure deadlines are identified and properly docketed.
• Lead and assist with incoming court filings and respond to docketing inquiries from case teams.
• Research court rules and apply them to docketing; verify accuracy of docketed items.
• Maintain knowledge of rule updates and assist with training and feedback to teammates.
• Lead multiple high‑complexity docketing projects as assigned by the Docketing Manager.
