Job summary

Envolve Community Management, LLC is seeking a Compliance Monitor to oversee LIHTC/HUD compliance for apartment communities. This remote role requires coordinating audits, reviewing applications, and maintaining TIC documentation across states.

You will work with Community Managers, prepare reports, and ensure timely filings while complying with housing regulations. Candidates should have LIHTC and HUD experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to travel for audits as needed.

Qualifications

• LIHTC and HUD experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Experience with annuals, TICs, and 50059 forms useful.
• Travel for audits may be required.

Responsibilities

• Review all LIHTC/HUD applications within 24 hours of receipt.
• Perform on-site file audits and staff training as needed.
• Prepare compliance audit reports within 30 days.
• Obtain Tenant Income Certifications and document TICs weekly.
• Maintain monthly fraud log and compliance activity reports.
