Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) seeks a Compliance Director to lead the compliance team and program, ensuring LIHTC/HUD compliance across properties. This corporate role oversees audits, rent schedules, and regulatory interpretations, with travel as needed.

Responsibilities include training staff, managing reports to city and monitoring agencies, and updating forms. Candidates should have LIHTC experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Requires LIHTC/Section 42 certification paperwork experience.
• Experience with HUD, Section 8, 202, and/or 811 programs preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of compliance managers and perform compliance duties; travel as needed.
• Conduct all affordable trainings and interpret regulatory agreements.
• Generate/approve all Rent Schedules and lead Pre-MOR and Pre-CTCAC audits.
• Review/approve corrections and responses for audits and monitor affordability across communities.
