Keystone Technologies is seeking a Distributor Territory Manager to oversee Georgia, Alabama, and the Florida Panhandle territory. The role supports the Distributor Sales team, educates customers on Keystone products, and builds long-term relationships with distributors, specifiers, and end-users.

You will travel to markets, provide sales training, analyze trends, and collaborate with inside sales on opportunities, all while delivering Light Made Easy to our customers.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's in Business or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the lighting industry is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and active listening.

Responsabilités

• Provide sales training to Sales Agencies and Distributor customers.
• Develop long-term relationships with specifiers, customers, and end-users through exceptional service.
• Oversee performance of independent sales agencies and ensure goals are met.
• Develop sales plans with agencies and leadership to service the designated territories.
• Analyze sales trends to identify opportunities and work with agents on strategies.
• Be a market expert on Keystone products and pricing trends and report findings.
• Travel to markets to meet distributors, specifiers, and end-users and update sales agents.
