Job summary

The American College of Lifestyle Medicine seeks a remote Project Coordinator, Practice Advancement to help deliver LM implementation for partnerships. You will coordinate onboarding, implementation planning, and ongoing support across multi-site health organizations.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Practice Advancement, you will track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies, ensuring on-time, in-scope execution and professional collaboration with internal teams and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of project coordination/management experience.
• PMP certification required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation timelines and deliverables across partners and internal teams.
• Support onboarding, planning, and delivery of LM implementation for partnerships.
• Maintain project documentation, status updates, and communications with stakeholders.
• Track risks, milestones, and dependencies to keep initiatives on schedule.
• Ensure activities align with contract terms and internal readiness.
