Job summary

American College of Lifestyle Medicine is seeking an Academic Education Project Manager to lead project oversight across its academic program portfolio. This fully remote role reports to the Director of Academic Education and supervises an Education Project Coordinator, ensuring consistent, efficient development and maintenance of educational offerings.

The ideal candidate brings 2-5 years of project management experience, a bachelor’s degree in a health, education, or business field, and

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in health, education, or business-related field.
• Hands-on with Asana, Zotero, Microsoft 365, and familiarity with LMS.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Director of Academic Education.
• Lead project management for all academic educational programs.
• Recruitment and oversight of onboarding and supporting contributing faculty.
• Develop standardized workflows, SOPs, templates, and documentation practices.
• Monitor project progress, assist with budget creation and expense tracking.
• Track and report on project outcomes and drive improvements.
