Job summary

The Lockwood Group is seeking a Project Manager to oversee medical communications projects from inception to completion, including content development, advisory boards, and speaker training. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across departments to meet client expectations and project objectives.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of healthcare communications project mgmt, strong finance skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Remote work is possible with some location exclusions.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of project management experience in healthcare communications.
• Strong ability to grasp and retain scientific information.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and faculty members.
• Maintain timely, professional written and verbal communications with clients and faculty members.
• Manage budgeting, financial monitoring, and reconciliation of projects.
• Schedule and conduct start-up, interim, and final team meetings and manage timelines.
• Oversee development of all project activities including faculty recruitment and content development.
• Assist in training new account team members and ensure policy compliance.
