Job summary

The American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM) is seeking a CME/CE Project Manager (remote) to oversee ACLM’s diverse CME offerings. This role centralizes project oversight to ensure consistent, efficient development of educational programs and will supervise staff and contractors.

Responsibilities include supporting the Director of CME/CE, planning and tracking projects, developing workflows and onboarding SOPs, monitoring budgets, coordinating stakeholders, and reporting outcomes to

Qualifications

• Experience in project management required; 2–5 years preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in health, education, or business-related field.
• Hands-on with Asana, Zotero, and MS 365; familiarity with LMS.
• Background in healthcare and/or education preferred.
• Positive, proactive, collaborative, solution-oriented, detail- and big-picture oriented, and able to work in a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Director of CME/CE.
• Lead project management for all CME/CE-related content, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
• Scope, plan, track projects, define objectives, timelines, milestones, and allocate resources.
• Develop standardized workflows, onboarding SOPs, templates, and documentation.
• Monitor progress, assist with budget creation and expense tracking, adjust timelines.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support execution.
• Recruit and oversee onboarding of faculty—subject matter experts, reviewers, editors.
• Design and implement training for contributors to ensure clarity.
• Ensure compliance with policies, accreditation standards, and guidelines.
• Lead project meetings, set agendas, drive decisions, and report outcomes.
• Provide strategic updates to leadership and maintain visibility of active projects.
• Supervise administrative staff, delegate tasks, and support professional development.
