Responsibilities

• Organize information on Google Sheets for member display.
• Call doctors, hotels, salons, and customer service reps to gather availability and pricing.
• Create and send Google Calendar invites.
• Find gifts from vendor approved sites and organize information to present to members.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams; initially not communicating directly with members.
