WSP USA is seeking a Lifecycle Project Manager- Power & Energy to lead multiple high‑impact transmission and substation projects. This role emphasizes CPM scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and client relations while coordinating cross‑functional teams.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in Power Delivery with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget, plus travel as needed across the U.S. Remote work may be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years of PM experience in Power Delivery, transmission, substation, or related infra.
• Experience leading medium to large transmission/substation projects for utility clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of multiple transmission line and substation projects.
• Provide senior PM oversight for scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, risk, and procurement.
• Develop and communicate integrated schedules, cost forecasts, and executive reporting.
• Manage project financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, earned value, and invoicing.
• Mentor project managers and site teams to reinforce best practices.
