EverAI Limited is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate CRM to a major revenue channel. You will own onboarding, activation, retention and reactivation across email, push, in-product messaging, and promotions.

You will partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to test ambitious ideas, build the CRM playbook, and drive measurable growth at scale in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• You've scaled CRM with measurable revenue impact in high-volume consumer businesses.
• Experience in B2C subscriptions where CRM directly affects revenue.
• You build segments, journeys, experiments, and performance analysis.
• You prove what works using testing, control groups, attribution and incrementality.

Responsabilités

• Own the full CRM lifecycle from onboarding to retention and reactivation.
• Design onboarding, abandoned-payment and follow-up journeys to convert and retain.
• Increase token purchases, repeat purchases, retention and LTV through segmentation and timing.
• Run experiments, measure impact, scale winning ideas and iterate quickly.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering and Creative to improve tooling and tracking.
