Job summary

Equip, a fully virtual eating disorder treatment program, is hiring a CRM analytics specialist to design and optimize patient engagement across channels. You will leverage Braze and Mode, apply behavioral science, and use SQL to measure retention and program impact.

You will collaborate with Clinical, Product, Insights, and Marketing to improve the end-to-end patient journey, advancing AI-assisted strategies and data-driven experiments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in CRM, engagement operations, or analytics.
• Working SQL skills and hands-on CRM or messaging platform experience.
• Genuine interest in behavioral science and proactive use of AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Build, QA, and execute multi-channel patient engagement programs in Braze.
• Use SQL and Mode to track retention trends and measure program impact.
• Support experimental design and analysis tied to appointment attendance and patient retention.
• Partner across Clinical, Product, Insights, and Marketing to optimize the end-to-end patient journey.
• Apply behavioral science principles to message and journey design.
