Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in staffing or TA environments.
• Experience recruiting in life sciences, healthcare, technology, or engineering.
• Experience using AI tools to improve recruiting speed and efficiency.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet recruiting goals.
