Job summary

GQR is seeking a Recruiter to join its Life Sciences division in a delivery-focused recruiting role. You will own the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement, collaborating with teams to meet client requirements and build strong candidate pipelines.

You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, and networking to identify top talent, conduct screenings and interviews, and present qualified candidates for open positions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruiter within staffing, recruiting, executive search, or talent solutions environment.
• Strong delivery/recruiting experience with a track record of sourcing and placing candidates.
• Experience recruiting within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, or related industries.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
• Ability to screen, qualify, and interview candidates effectively.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with an ATS/CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly motivated, resilient, and results-oriented.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting and placement targets.

Compensation

Base Salary: $70,000-$80,000 + Commission up to 37.5%
