Pharmavise is seeking a highly driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment within the life sciences consulting space. You will source, engage, screen, interview, and advance qualified candidates through the recruitment process, managing multiple pipelines while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2–3 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or sourcing.
• Experience recruiting for life sciences, engineering, or healthcare domains preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of professional candidate interviews and outreach messaging.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, preferably Zoho Recruit, with meticulous documentation.

Responsibilities

• Source and outreach to candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, email campaigns, and other channels.
• Screen candidates for technical fit, regulatory experience, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and clients.
• Prepare candidate summaries and submission documentation for review.
• Support onboarding and offer processes to ensure a smooth start.
