The role involves sourcing and screening life sciences professionals, developing innovative recruiting strategies, and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships in a sales-driven environment.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in an agency Life Sciences or Technical Recruiter role with a proven track record.
Experience using recruiting tools and tactics to develop candidate sourcing plans.
Desire to work in a sales-driven organization based on work ethic and production.
Ability to build strong relationships with highly technical professionals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Sourcing, screening and developing trust-based relationships with pharmaceutical engineering professionals in the Triangle area.
Developing innovative sourcing strategies for highly technical engineering positions.
Understanding customer requirements and ensuring mutually beneficial job fit for clients and candidates.
Developing strong candidate pipelines to ensure quick turnaround on new contract positions.
Utilizing sourcing tools and job boards to reach candidates.
Obtaining candidate referrals and client leads to grow the Technical Source brand.
Creating and managing detailed technical job postings.
