Job summary

Bangs Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a California-based Technical Sales Representative to solicit sales of its products across a designated California territory.

The role operates remotely from home in California and requires travel of more than half the time to engage with customers and prospects. Responsibilities include distributing marketing collateral, processing orders through Indiana, and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a scientific products-based company in sales, procurement, or technical support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build client relationships.
• Willingness to travel over 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Solicit sales of Bangs Laboratories’ products from customers and prospects within an assigned California territory.
• Distribute approved marketing collateral, including brochures, catalogs, and product samples.
• Forward customer orders to the Indiana headquarters for processing and approval.
• Provide non-technical follow-up to customers regarding order status or general product availability.
• Record and maintain accurate customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Participate in industry trade shows and conferences in a passive sales or lead generation role only.
