Job summary

Norstella seeks a Solutions Engineer to bridge technology and client challenges in pharma and life sciences. You will partner with account teams, lead discovery, craft compelling demonstrations, and scope structured engagements with a focus on delivering running solutions using client data.

You will work across research, development, and commercial cycles, supporting trials, market access, and forecasting use cases while contributing to reusable IP and enablement materials for future engagements.

Qualifications

• Domain knowledge of pharma and life sciences, including clinical trials or market access.
• Experience as a solutions or sales engineer for data/SaaS products with enterprise clients.
• Strong ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and commercial audiences.
• Proven skills in discovery, demos, and shaping customer engagements.
• Comfort with ambiguity and evolving product/market landscape.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sale technical partnership: map client challenges to Norstella capabilities.
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations based on real client use cases.
• Scope proofs of concept and structured engagements with clear success criteria.
• Deliver engagements inside client environments, moving from demos to deployed solutions.
• Create reusable IP from client work: demos, playbooks, enablement material.
