Zusammenfassung

Danaher Corporation’s IDBS division seeks a Solutions Consultant to bring IDBS software to life for life sciences customers. You will lead demonstrations, work with Account Managers, and help move opportunities to close while traveling domestically and internationally as needed.

The role is remote and customer facing, reporting to the Director of Solutions Consulting within the global Solutions Consulting team. Prior biotech software experience is highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• Degree level qualification and/or equivalent experience in a scientific discipline.
• Experience using and configuring scientific/informatic software (LIMS/LES/ELN).
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Biotech/pharma/bioprocessing experience 2–5+ years in bio/pharma sites.

Aufgaben

• Deliver value-based product demonstrations to customers in-person or remotely.
• Create demo content and support presales activities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to qualify needs and drive deals.
• Provide feedback to Product and Marketing on customer trends.
