Job summary
Danaher Corporation, through IDBS, is seeking a Solutions Consultant to bring scientific software solutions to life, solving data challenges for biopharma customers. You will work with Account Managers and the global Solutions Consulting team to lead demonstrations and progress opportunities to close.
The role is field-based, remote-friendly, and requires travel domestically and internationally. You will influence product direction and collaborate with sales to deliver customer value at scale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor-level or higher in a scientific discipline.
- Experience configuring scientific/informatic software (LIMS, LES, ELN).
- Ability to communicate with scientists, IT, and management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- 2–5+ years hands-on biopharma experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver value-based software demonstrations in person, remotely, and at conferences.
- Create demo content to support presales activities.
- Contribute to RFPs/RFIs and other pre-sales work with Account Managers.
- Collaborate with Sales to qualify customer needs and drive deals.
- Provide feedback to Product and Marketing on customer needs and trends.
- Learn to configure IDBS software and improve presales materials.
