Job summary

IDBS, a Danaher company, is seeking a Solutions Consultant to bring scientific software solutions to life for biopharma customers. You will partner with Account Managers to deliver demos, insights and outcomes that advance opportunities from qualification to close.

The role is field-based, fully remote and customer facing, with travel to customer sites as needed. Strong presentation and collaboration skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification and/or equivalent in a scientific discipline (biology, chemical engineering, biochemistry, pharmacology).
• Experience using and configuring scientific/informatic software (LIMS, LES, ELN).
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer community including scientists, IT, management and sponsors.
• 2–5+ years hands-on application experience within biopharma environments.

Responsibilities

• Effectively deliver value-based product demonstrations to customers in-person, remotely, and at conferences.
• Create demo video content to support presales efforts.
• Contribute to pre-sales actions (demos, RFPs/RFIs) with Account Managers and the team.
• Collaborate with Sales to qualify customer needs and drive opportunities to closure.
• Provide feedback to Product and Marketing on customer, competitor and tech trends.
• Learn to configure IDBS software and support pre-sales materials.
