Job summary

IDBS, part of the Danaher family, seeks a Solutions Consultant to translate scientific challenges into compelling demonstrations and impactful pre-sales activities. You will partner with Account Managers to progress opportunities and tailor solutions for biopharma customers.

The role requires scientific fluency, strong communication, and the flexibility to travel internationally up to 25% as needed, with a hybrid work option across Europe.

Qualifications

• Degree in a scientific discipline and experience applying informatics software.
• Ability to communicate with scientists, IT and business sponsors.
• 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in biopharma or life sciences environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver value-based product demonstrations in person, remotely or at events.
• Lead pre-sales activities and progress opportunities with account teams.
• Collaborate with Sales to qualify customer needs and drive deals forward.
• Learn to configure IDBS software and improve pre-sales materials.
