Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Sales Representative to grow direct sales and profits within assigned accounts and territory. You will establish professional relationships with key personnel and meet targets for profitable sales volume and margin.

This role reports to the Sales Manager and belongs to the LATAM Sales Organization, located in Mexico and will be fully remote. Travel up to 50% required; English proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Life Sciences and/or Clinical market.
• Experience with Sales Funnel Management, preferably SFDC or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Build KPIs to challenge your performance and meet territory targets.
• Promote collaboration with Applications, Marketing & Administration and Services.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers to maximize experience.
• Implement strategic initiatives and action plans to ensure execution.
• Drive sales campaigns with marketing to accelerate lead management and visibility.
