Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful full-cycle recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage talent acquisition and recruiting processes.
• Identify, assess and recruit potential candidates.
• Present best talent to clients with high quality and professionalism.
• Facilitate expectations with candidates and hiring managers.
• Track and report metrics like time to fill and offer acceptance.
