Hueman, a leader in executive recruiting, seeks a Client Services Manager to support Life Sciences client partnerships. You will coordinate interviews, manage onboarding, and serve as the main liaison among candidates, clients, and internal teams to keep hiring journeys on track.

This role requires strategic thinking, polished communication, and the ability to handle high volumes with integrity and discretion. A strong focus on delivering great employment experiences is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• At least 3 years of recruiting/staffing industry experience.
• Experience with ATS systems and accurate data input.
• Proven ability to engage with senior-level client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for candidates, client contacts, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate interviews of all kinds and manage shifting schedules.
• Support background checks and onboarding requirements for a smooth start.
• Participate in program builds and team training.
• Collaborate with managers to recommend best practices for delivery.
