Hueman People Solutions is seeking a Recruiter to join the Executive recruiting team, supporting our Life Sciences client partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, recruiting passive talent, or transferable experience in cold-calling, sales or customer service roles, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful placements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year of experience in sourcing, recruiting or talent acquisition preferred.
• Experience sourcing passive talent and conducting outreach.
• Familiarity with ATS and CRM platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategically source candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, and ATS.
• Research Life Sciences industry trends, target companies and products to support recruiting strategies.
• Develop and execute outreach campaigns to generate leads.
• Engage and assess qualified talent for opportunities.
• Maintain accurate candidate profiles in ATS and ensure high-quality recruiting process.
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in client meetings as needed.

Hueman is hiring a Recruiter to join the Executive recruiting team supporting our Life Sciences client partnerships.

The ideal candidate for the Recruiter at Hueman People Solutions will have experience sourcing, recruiting passive talent, or transferable experience in cold-calling, sales or customer service roles.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• None

Duties/Responsibilities

• Strategically source candidates utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, our internal CRM, and other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Research the Life Sciences industry, trends, target companies, and products to support the development of recruiting and sourcing strategies
• Develop and execute outreach campaigns to generate leads
• Engage and assess qualified talent
• Identify and maintain accurate candidate profiles in applicable ATS, ensuring recruiting process is carried out consistently and with the highest quality, integrity, and professionalism
• Collaborate internally to support the recruitment process, including participating in client meetings and kickoff calls as necessary

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 1+ year of experience in sourcing, recruiting or talent acquisition preferred

• Strong professional presence, verbal and written communication skills

• Base salary of $45,000-$55,000 based on experience plus commission eligibility
