Hueman is seeking a RPO Recruiting Partner for Life Sciences to support PrincetonOne accounts. The role combines recruiting expertise with client partnership, requiring strong relationship-building and consultative guidance for complex searches.

Hybrid work in Jacksonville, FL with in-office Mon, Wed, Thu and optional WFH Tue/Fri. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and proficiency with ATS, Microsoft Office and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of successful full-cycle recruitment.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Suite, ATS, and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage talent acquisition and recruiting processes.
• Identify, assess and recruit potential candidates.
• Present best talent to clients.
• Ensure recruiting process maintains high quality, integrity and professionalism.
• Guide hiring managers through recruitment and hiring process.
• Track and report metrics such as time to fill and offer acceptance rate.
