I2E Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Proposal Development Specialist to own end-to-end RFP/RFI responses for life sciences clients.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts across Clinical Technology, Data Engineering, Data Science, and Supply Chain to translate complex capabilities into clear, compliant proposals.

This remote role offers opportunities to engage across industries while meeting tight deadlines; 4+ years of experience, including 2+ in proposal development, are expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in proposal development (RFP/RFI) and bid management.
• Knowledge of Clinical Technology, Data Engineering, Data Science, and Supply Chain.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to build client-ready PowerPoint decks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Project management skills to handle multiple proposals under deadlines.
• MS Office/Google Workspace proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal development, RFP/RFI analysis, content development, review cycles, and submission.
• Partner with subject matter experts across Clinical Technology, Data Engineering, Data Science, and Supply Chain to translate capabilities into narratives.
• Own proposal timelines and version control across multiple contributors, ensuring compliance and on-time delivery.
• Build and maintain a reusable content library for faster future pursuits.
