Job summary

Cohere Health is seeking a Senior Proposal Specialist to lead end-to-end response management for RFPs, RFIs, and other customer-facing questionnaires. You will coordinate with Sales, Solutions, Product, and Legal to deliver accurate, compelling, and compliant responses on deadline.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proposal management or related roles.
• Experience supporting large RFPs in healthcare, health tech, or enterprise SaaS.
• Strong written communication and editing skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional contributors and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management of RFPs, RFIs, and other proposal requests.
• Coordinate with Sales, Solutions, and SMEs to understand requirements and timelines.
• Develop project plans, milestones, and ownership across contributors.
• Review and quality-check responses for accuracy and alignment with instructions.
• Leverage approved content libraries and AI tools to draft high-quality first drafts.
• Manage review cycles, approvals, and final submission.
