Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to drive winning responses for our life sciences solutions. You will partner with the Europe Sales organization and manage the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, collaborating with experts to craft compelling RFP responses for European and global customers.

You will lead a cross-functional response team, ensure quality and compliance, and manage multiple proposals with tight deadlines in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication required.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in fast-paced B2B SaaS environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Project manage all RFP/RFI activities from receipt to submission, ensuring on-time, high-quality deliverables.
• Coordinate contributions from Sales, Solution Consulting, PS, Product, IT Security and others to craft winning responses.
• Lead internal alignment calls to understand customer needs, scope, differentiators, and timelines.
