Job summary

Cohere Health seeks a Senior Proposal Specialist to own the end-to-end response process for RFPs, RFIs, and other customer questionnaires. You will partner with Sales, Solutions, Product, and Legal to build accurate, compliant responses on tight deadlines.

This hands-on role emphasizes project management, written communication, and cross-functional coordination, using approved content and AI tools to accelerate high-quality first drafts while ensuring security and compliance requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in proposal management, project management, sales operations, or related role.
• Experience supporting large, complex RFPs in healthcare, health tech, or enterprise SaaS.
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to track deadlines and priorities.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional contributors and multiple projects.
• Strong written communication and editing skills to synthesize information.
• Ability to use existing content to draft first responses.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management of RFPs, RFIs, and other proposals from intake to submission.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solutions to understand customer requirements and timelines.
• Develop project plans, milestones, and ownership across contributors.
• Coordinate SMEs, establish deadlines, and communicate status and risks.
• Assemble, review, and quality-check responses for accuracy and alignment.
• Manage review cycles, approvals, and final submission.
• Leverage approved content and AI tools to draft high-quality first drafts.
