Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Specialist, Proposals and Client Services for a remote role open to US-based candidates. You will coordinate complex proposals, RFIs, and pricing, develop budgets, and ensure accurate, competitive responses across clinical programs.

The role requires a 3–5 year track record in proposal development within CROs, strong MS Word/Excel skills, and ability to lead cross-functional work with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business.
• 3-5 years of proposal and budgeting experience in clinical trials.
• Experience developing Strategic, Full Service, and Preferred Provider RFP responses.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills; able to create complex budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination, preparation, and delivery of proposals, RFIs, and client services activities.
• Develop and review budgets and pricing analyses for competitive proposals.
• Manage completion of RFI questionnaires and maintain RFI response databases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information for high-quality submissions.
• Provide training and budget tool support for proposal team members.
• Track KPIs to support operational effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Suggest process enhancements to improve efficiency and quality.
• Support proposal management and other business-critical initiatives.
