Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Senior Director, Customer Success for the Resins & Technologies portfolio in the United States. You will lead a global, multi-disciplinary CS organization to deliver exceptional customer experience across the lifecycle—from initial engagement to long-term value realization.

You will own the Go‑to‑Market strategy, enable Sales, Marketing, and R&D, and drive portfolio growth through analytics, customer insights, and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Business, Data Science, Marketing, or related field.
• Extensive experience in Customer Success, Commercial Excellence, Product Management, or related leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in a global commercial environment.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Success organization across global markets.
• Own Go-to-Market strategy and portfolio growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Strategy, and R&D teams.
• Drive insights, analytics, and data-driven decision making across the BU.
• Oversee lifecycle management from onboarding to long-term value realization.
