Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a Director for Life Sciences GTM focusing on pharmaceutical accounts with MedTech depth. The role is hybrid, reporting to the Global Head of Life Sciences GTM, and requires turning sector credibility into scalable GTM motions and field-ready plays.

You will lead strategic account planning and customer engagements with senior pharma executives. You'll shape product roadmap with market signals and collaborate with partners to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes in a global life

Qualifications

12+ years working at the intersection of life sciences and enterprise technology, with pharma and MedTech credibility.
Demonstrated executive presence leading high-stakes conversations with senior pharma or biotech executives.
Commercial GTM experience with a track record of building pipeline and driving revenue.

Responsibilities

Be a credible senior voice with pharma executives in executive engagements, industry forums, and pipeline development.
Progress pipeline in collaboration with account executives and GTM partners; shorten deal cycles by bringing pharma industry expertise into account strategy.
Demonstrate industry logic behind demos and coordinate with solution consultants across clinical trial operations, pharmacovigilance, manufacturing quality, and CRM.
Contribute market signals, executive feedback, and deal patterns into ServiceNow's product roadmap for pharma and manage partner motions at co-sell level.
Turn pharma market dynamics and voice-of-customer signals into field-ready plays and tools to support sellers.
