Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and pursue new and existing staffing opportunities in the Life Sciences sector, selling Contract and Direct Hire solutions on a national basis. This role is fully remote for an experienced professional in life sciences staffing.

You will develop long-term client relationships, uncover new needs, participate in sales meetings, negotiate contracts, and partner with our recruitment team to ensure top-tier delivery to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years staffing/recruiting industry experience.
• Minimum 1 year selling new business within staffing/recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships resulting in revenue growth.
• Uncover immediate staffing needs and drive profitable growth through leads and follow-ups.
• Create and participate in sales meetings and presentations.
• Identify and attend key conferences and trade shows to increase visibility.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Job order intake, vetting and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with recruitment team to ensure delivery to clients.
