Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience selling building automation, controls, or digital building solutions.
• Proven success selling complex technical solutions in regulated environments.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to sell value‑based solutions.
• Experience leading technical presentations and discovery workshops.
• Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements to participate in Siemens' fleet vehicle program.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of automation and digital opportunities.
• Lead consultative discovery focused on GMP operations, validation readiness, and lifecycle performance.
• Position Siemens automation solutions to support uptime, quality, and sustainability goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to engineering, facilities, and executive stakeholders.
• Expand digital and energy services within existing customer portfolios.
• Collaborate closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure successful execution.
• Utilize AI enabled tools to refine sales strategies and improve success rates.
