Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a senior Life Sciences consultant to grow client relationships and drive strategic initiatives in patient services. You will manage expectations, lead multi-project delivery, and mentor teams while shaping account growth and new offerings.

The role requires extensive Life Sciences consulting experience, expertise in patient services, and strong data-driven decision making. Travel up to 50% across the US is expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business or related course of study.
• 10 years of Life Sciences consulting experience or blend of consulting & industry experience.
• Subject matter expertise in patient services programs, PS regulatory / compliance issues, patient journey development for specialty medications, organizational design and change management, and primary research.
• Strong analytical skills (Excel, Access) and ability to use data to guide decisions.
• Proven track record generating revenues with existing clients and account growth.
• Experience managing projects to timeline, scope and budget across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage client relationships while managing expectations.
• Act as trusted advisor to contribute to client business development strategy.
• Identify and evaluate risks for Guidehouse and clients.
• Oversee multiple projects of varying sizes, ensuring quality and value.
• Mentor and develop Guidehouse personnel on projects.
• Identify new offerings based on industry needs and team capabilities.
