Job summary

Guidehouse’s Life Sciences practice helps pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and diagnostic companies tackle today’s challenges while anticipating tomorrow’s. You will partner with clients at all levels to deliver product planning, pricing, reimbursement, product commercialization, and regulatory and compliance solutions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business or related course of study, advanced degree/PhD preferred.
• 8 plus total years of relevant life science industry and strategy consulting experience.
• Must have subject matter expertise in one or more key life sciences areas: product planning and development; market access, pricing & reimbursement; product commercialization; franchise & business unit strategy; corporate strategy; regulatory & compliance.
• 3 plus years leading project engagements including planning, scoping, budget development, management and resource allocation.
• 3 plus years formal management of team performance to achieve project goals.
• Must be willing and able to travel to client sites across the US, up to 30%.
• Demonstrated success supervising, coaching and mentoring junior staff including ownership and guidance of their career development.
• Authorized/eligible to work for any US employer without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from cultivation to completion and supervise the designated project team.
• Develop and manage work plans, staffing, deadlines and budgets; monitor multiple projects.
• Coach staff consultants and provide feedback on project participation and career development.
• Collaborate with Directors and Managing Directors; support sales initiatives and practice development.
• Travel to client sites across the US, project dependent (average 30%).
