Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Life Sciences Strategy & Transformation Consultant to lead client relationships within the Patient Services practice and drive revenue growth. You will oversee multiple projects, mentor staff, and help shape new offerings aligned with industry needs across pharma, biotech and medical devices.

The role requires deep Life Sciences consulting experience, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to travel up to 33% across the US to deliver high-value outcomes

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business or related field is required.
• 10 years of Life Sciences consulting experience or blend of consulting & industry experience.
• Subject matter expertise in patient services programs and regulatory issues.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and mentor others.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Willingness and ability to travel to client sites across the US up to 33%.
• Authorized to work for any US employer without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage client relationships while managing expectations.
• Serve as trusted advisor on business development and client strategy.
• Identify and evaluate risks for Guidehouse and client relationships.
• Oversee multiple projects of varying sizes and durations for quality and value.
• Mentor Guidehouse personnel and develop new offerings based on industry needs.
