Job summary

Eurofins USA Discovery Services seeks a remote Mid-West Life Science Account Manager II to maintain and expand a portfolio of client accounts. You will drive sales, engage with internal teams, and manage the CDA/MSA processes while traveling as needed.

The role requires a life sciences background, 3+ years in inside sales or account management, and strong CRM/Excel aptitude. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or technical background in drug discovery related disciplines. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in inside sales/account management or a similar customer-facing role
• Proven work experience as a sales account manager in the life sciences or in a similar customer-facing role
• Technical depth sufficient for sales development in drug discovery
• Sales skills to manage and develop accounts – negotiation skills, customer management, price leveraging, etc.
• Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience preferred
• Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
• Ability to travel in the assigned territories as designated by manager
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts to maintain and grow sales to achieve customer goals.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and act as the single point of contact.
• Coordinate with internal teams to present offerings and close business; facilitate CDA and MSA processes.
• Provide feedback and market intelligence to product/marketing teams.
• Keep CRM up to date for forecasting and reporting.
