Job summary

Eurofins USA Discovery Services is seeking a motivated and customer‑oriented Account Manager II to manage and grow an existing portfolio through direct sales, presenting our full Discovery capabilities and delivering value via close partnerships with clients.

You will work with internal teams to present offerings, develop account plans, set targets, and travel as needed to manage territory, while ensuring excellent customer experiences and achievement of sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or technical background in drug discovery disciplines is required; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in inside sales/account management or similar customer-facing role.
• Experience as a sales account manager in life sciences is preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts to maintain and grow sales.
• Determine and implement account-specific marketing and outreach strategies.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and be the single point of contact for their needs.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to present offerings and close business.
• Report on account status and sales forecasts monthly.
