Job summary

Eurofins USA Discovery Services is seeking a motivated Account Manager II to maintain and grow an existing portfolio through direct sales, presenting Eurofins Discovery capabilities and crafting solutions in close partnership with customers.

The role requires building long-term relationships, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering accurate forecasts while keeping CRM up to date and driving customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field; master's preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in inside sales/account management or similar role.
• Experience as a sales account manager in life sciences or related field.
• CRM experience and ability to analyze data for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts to grow sales and meet customer goals.
• Develop targeted outreach strategies for each account to highlight relevant offerings.
• Build long-term relationships and serve as the single point of contact for customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to present offerings and drive closure of deals.
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions by coordinating with internal resources.
• Report on account status and transactions monthly to sales leaders.
