Job summary

Eurofins USA Discovery Services seeks an experienced Account Manager II to maintain and grow an existing client portfolio in the life sciences space. You will drive sales through the direct channel, present our Discovery capabilities, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver value.

The role is remote, full-time, based in the Midwest, with standard hours and occasional travel; you’ll manage KPIs, forecast revenue, and ensure excellent customer experience while expanding strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in inside sales/account management or similar role.
• Experience in life sciences sales preferred.
• Strong CRM and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing client accounts to achieve sales goals.
• Present Eurofins Discovery capabilities and solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to close business.
• Keep CRM up to date and provide monthly forecasts.
