Job summary

JLL seeks a senior strategic sourcing leader to develop and lead high-performing teams across the Americas. You will recruit, mentor, and empower Group Leads and Large Account Leaders while shaping divisional sourcing strategies.

This remote role enables work-from-home nationwide and offers a comprehensive benefits package. You will drive supplier performance, renewals, expansions, and ensure compliance with ethical policies within our S&P organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in Sourcing and Procurement.
• Excellent communication skills—oral and written.
• Proven track record leading successful teams in a matrix client organization.
• Ability to lead large cross-functional teams and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, rotate, and retain top Sourcing talent.
• Lead and coach senior Sourcing Leads and Large Account Leaders.
• Develop and execute divisional sourcing strategies aligned with client goals.
• Manage supplier performance and ensure compliance across accounts.
• Partner with sales and solutions teams to support renewals, expansions and new business.
