Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, rotate, and retain top sourcing talent.
• Coach group leads and large account leaders on performance and career development.
• Develop divisional sourcing strategies aligned with leadership goals and client strategies.
• Lead renewals, expansions, and new business through partnerships with account teams.
