Job summary

JLL seeks a seasoned Sourcing and Procurement leader to drive strategy, develop high-performing teams, and manage key client engagements. The role emphasizes collaboration across a complex matrix structure, supplier performance, renewals, expansions, and new business opportunities, with a focus on delivering operational excellence.

Remote work is supported; locations include Atlanta, GA and other U.S. markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university, MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience working with Sourcing and Procurement.
• Excellent communication skills - oral and written.
• Proven track record leading successful teams of leaders.
• Demonstrated experience working in a matrix client organization

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, rotate, and retain top Sourcing talent.
• Develop divisional sourcing strategies aligned to leadership goals and client strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage supplier performance across accounts.
• Ensure compliance and drive savings through sourcing excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support renewals, expansions, and new business
