• 15+ years in Sourcing and Procurement.

• Proven track record leading successful teams.
• Experience in a matrix client organization.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, rotate, and retain top sourcing talent.
• Mentor and lead key roles to drive career development.
• Create high-performing sourcing teams delivering operational excellence.
• Coach group leads on performance and development plans.
• Support supply/demand within the sourcing platform.
• Develop succession plans for key roles.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture.
• Develop divisional sourcing strategies aligned with client goals.
• Manage supplier relationships to meet performance expectations.
• Provide strategic vision for S&P and best practices.
• Lead complex short- and long-term sourcing strategies.
• Interact with Sourcing teams to support the sales process.
• Lead Renewals, Expansions, and New Business with leadership.
• Prepare for client renewals and pursue win-win outcomes.
• Participate in client meetings as needed.
• Identify risks/opportunities and mitigate them.
• Manage supplier performance programs and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
