Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years in strategic sourcing or related experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lead in a decentralized environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and PC skills.
• Experience with supplier relationships, category management, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Integrated Facilities clients and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver market, supplier and operational intelligence for services operations.
• Coordinate regional and national programs and drive supplier performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing and contracting policies, risk management and ethics.
